About the opportunity 

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to employ a full time Service Scheduler & Administration based in beautiful Sydney Olympic Park.

This role will suit an experienced coordinator who has demonstrated experience in a fast-paced service orientated business. 

You will have experience in:

• Coordinating customer sites for routine testing
• Booking service call outs and break downs
• Liaising with technicians regarding availability
• Purchasing parts, materials and equipment for the team as required
• Excellent customer service both verbal and written
• Intermediate MS office skills including the use of excel
• Previous experience using an ERP system, Pronto & Uptick experience would be looked on favourably
• Monthly invoicing
• Timesheets
• Purchase orders and raising/closing jobs

To Be Successful In This Role:

• Must have full working rights in Australia (mandatory)
• Fire experience and knowledge of AS1851 (advantageous)
• Some background experience with AFSS process (highly desirable) 
• A proven Service Scheduling background
• Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal/external customers
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
• Multitask and well organised
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail.
• A pro-active approach to the required duties of the role, and outside the role
