About the role
You're an experienced finance leader with a strong track record in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a complex, multi-entity organisation. You bring advanced modelling and forecasting skills, sound judgement and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, practical advice for a range of stakeholders from Boards and Executives through to non-financial colleagues.
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager leads financial modelling, forecasting and analysis across St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria and its related Group entities, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely, reliable and decision useful. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll provide senior technical and operational finance leadership, strengthening financial forecasting through disciplined processes agreed across key stakeholders, supporting the Society's mission, governance obligations and long-term financial sustainability.
You'll work closely with the CFO, Manager Finance Business Partnering, Financial Controller, People and Culture Payroll, Executive leaders, Boards and Committees to keep sustainability front and centre.
