What you'll be doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional hair services to clients with professionalism and care

• Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or styles

• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety and salon cleanliness

• Building strong client relationships and encouraging loyalty and repeat business

• Keeping up-to-date with current trends, techniques and industry best practices

• Contributing to a positive, supportive team environment and assisting colleagues as needed

• Managing bookings and scheduling to ensure efficient salon operations

• Promoting salon services and products to enhance the client experience

What we're looking for

Depending on the specific position, we are seeking candidates with:

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in hair styling.

• Proven experience working in a professional salon environment

• Strong technical skills in hair cutting, colouring, and styling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service

• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetic awareness

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst maintaining professional standards

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends

• Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to manage a busy salon schedule

• Knowledge of health and safety protocols relevant to hair and beauty services
