About the role
Are you an Early Childhood Educator who genuinely loves what you do?
Someone who believes that the little moments matter...the muddy feet, the big questions, the belly laughs, the comforting hugs, the discoveries in the garden and the moments when a child suddenly says, “I did it!”
We’re looking for a passionate Diploma-qualified Educator to join our wonderful team on a full-time basis. Part-time will also be considered.
We’re proud to be a service where relationships come first.
Our team is supportive, fun and genuinely connected. We look out for one another, celebrate each other’s strengths and believe that when educators feel valued and supported, children thrive.
Nature play is a huge part of who we are. We believe children deserve the freedom to explore, get messy, take safe risks, wonder, create and connect with the natural world. Our outdoor spaces aren't simply somewhere children go to play, they are an extension of our learning environment.
We want an educator who gets excited about this.
Someone who sees a puddle as an opportunity, a stick as a treasure, the garden as a classroom and a child's curiosity as something to be nurtured.
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) - Can be Working Toward.
Must be available to work open and close shifts
Is passionate about providing meaningful experiences for children
Builds genuine, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Loves play-based and child-led learning
Has a genuine appreciation for nature play and outdoor learning
Is creative, enthusiastic and willing to get involved
Brings warmth, positivity and a sense of fun to their work
Is committed to creating an environment where every child feels safe, valued and capable
Wants to be part of a team that supports, encourages and celebrates one another
You’ll find more than just a job.
This is a place where your ideas are welcomed, your professional growth is encouraged and you can bring your authentic self to work.
Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, helping them feel confident, curious, connected and excited about learning.
If you’re the kind of educator who comes to work each day thinking, “How can I make today meaningful for these children?” then we would love to hear from you.
Come and be part of something special. 🌿❤️
