To support our ongoing business growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

Position Summary

In this role, you will identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination, and implementation of strategic plans for pricing, promotion, and brand positioning across our product and service lines. You will combine analytical market research with campaign execution to support business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at generating new business, driving growth, and supporting existing clients.
• Contribute to identifying market opportunities and evaluating demand through internal data review, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Maintain and update supplier pricing files and quotation records to support competitive pricing decisions and market positioning.
• Draft and send targeted email communications and digital promotions to clients as part of scheduled marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials, including brochures, product catalogues, and branded content across marketing channels.
• Respond to sales inquiries and customer feedback related to promotions, ensuring brand and communication consistency with overarching marketing goals.
• Assist with the preparation of marketing performance reports, market research data, and internal communications related to product offerings.
• Liaise with suppliers, agency partners, and internal teams to coordinate the timely delivery of marketing assets and product information.
• Provide administrative and clerical support related to marketing documentation, such as invoices, quotations, and promotional campaign tracking.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated marketing, promotional, or market research role
• Technical Competencies: Proficiency in email marketing software, CMS platforms, data entry, pricing/quotation analysis, and marketing performance reporting.
• Communication: Superior written and verbal English communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Attributes: Strong analytical, administrative, and campaign organization skills with the ability to manage supplier and internal stakeholder relationships.

A salary of $75,000 - $85,000 AUD per annum + superannuation will be offered to the successful candidate.
