Training and supervision of apprentices and less experienced staff. Adhering to, explaining and enforcing of hygiene regulations. Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.

Delegation of tasks to other team members. Supervise Cooks and assist as needed. Monitor food stock and place orders.
