Physiotherapist Full Time - Private Practice w Pilates Studio

• Earn $95K–$105K base + commission (OTE $105K–$120K+) inc super

• No weekends required (unless you want them)

• 4-DAY WORK WEEK or flexibility in structuring your 38hrs (may also consider Part-Time 28.5hrs+)

• Predominantly private-paying clients (minimal admin-heavy schemes)

• You'll have autonomy whilst backed by a genuinely supportive team
  

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Physiotherapist who enjoys a mix of:

• Manual therapy + exercise-based rehab

• Building long-term patient relationships

• Delivering high-quality, outcome-focused care

You’ll work with a varied caseload including:

• Musculoskeletal conditions

• Sports injuries

• Exercise rehabilitation

• +/- Reformer Pilates Classes

Our client base is engaged, loyal, and values your expertise, allowing you to focus on clinical outcomes, not excessive paperwork.

Earning potential

• $95K–$105K base inclusive of super (depending on experience)

• Generous commission structure calculated over 4-week blocks

• Realistic OTE: $100K–$120K+

• Minimum 3 years of private practice experience preferred

• Full AHPRA registration

• Strong skills in:

  • Clinical reasoning

  • Manual therapy

  • Exercise prescription

• Professional indemnity insurance

• Full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship)

Reformer Pilates experience is not required - we’ll support you to develop this skill if interested.
