Enormous opportunity for a professional Finance / Business Manager.

Sunstate is looking for an experienced Business Manager (F&I) to join our high-performing team. You will support BRP (Sea-Doo & Can-Am) and Boats sales across three stores, with volumes of up to 100 sales per month.

This is a genuine high-volume role with outstanding earning potential for a skilled and driven finance professional. We are a successful family-owned multi-location group based on the Sunshine Coast, with additional stores on the Fraser Coast and Gold Coast.

In this role you will

• Structure and present finance, insurance and protection products to customers

• Maximise penetration and profitability on every deal

• Work closely with the sales teams across three stores to deliver seamless customer experiences

• Ensure all deals are compliant and completed accurately

• Build strong relationships with finance providers and internal teams

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

About you

• Proven experience as a Business Manager / F&I Manager in automotive, marine, powersports or similar high-volume retail

• Strong product knowledge of finance, insurance and aftermarket products

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Highly organised, accurate and target-driven

• Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining quality and compliance

• Current driver’s licence

• Permanent Australian work rights

This is a full-time role with primary base on the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore), supporting multiple stores.
