AEMG Education is seeking a highly organised, proactive and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Corporate Services Coordinator.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that sits at the heart of the organisation, supporting executive leaders while ensuring the smooth delivery of corporate services, travel coordination, office administration and operational activities across Australia and our international network.
Working closely with the Corporate Services Manager, , you will help keep our operations running efficiently while building strong relationships across the business.

About the Role
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating a broad range of corporate services and administrative functions that support the efficient operation of the organisation.
You will provide administration support, coordinate domestic and international travel, assist with events and stakeholder visits, manage office operations and contribute to a range of business-wide initiatives.
This role offers significant variety and is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, working across different teams and delivering high-quality operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Diary Management
Provide diary and administrative support to the President (AIFE) and Vice President (Academic)
Coordinate meetings, appointments, agendas and related documentation
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and administrative materials
Manage competing priorities, day to day administration tasks and assist with follow-up actions and communications
Travel & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for staff and executive leaders
Liaise with travel providers, accommodation suppliers and internal stakeholders
Prepare itineraries and supporting travel documentation
Support travel administration, record keeping and reconciliation activities
Corporate Services & Office Administration
Support the day-to-day operations of the Surrey Hills office
Manage corporate services requests through the General Operations shared inbox
Coordinate office supplies, facilities, contractors and service providers
Maintain operational records, registers, documentation and SharePoint systems
Support reception and visitor management activities when required
Events & Stakeholder Coordination
Assist with the delivery of conferences, workshops, executive visits and stakeholder events
Coordinate venue bookings, catering, travel logistics and event administration
Support partner visits, delegations and internal staff events
Provide on-the-day coordination and logistics support
Operational & Financial Administration
Assist with procurement, purchasing and vendor management activities
Coordinate invoice processing and expenditure tracking
Maintain operational records and reporting documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in corporate services, executive administration, office coordination or a similar operational support role
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating travel, meetings, events and operational logistics
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build productive relationships across all levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint or similar document management platforms
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
Professionalism, discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information
