Administration Officer - Quality Assurance

BMT Tax Depreciation are on the lookout for a detail-oriented, process-driven Administrator to join our Quality team. If you're someone who enjoys structure, working with data, and spotting inconsistencies others might miss, this is the role for you!

You’ll play a vital role in reviewing depreciation reports before they go to our clients, making sure every detail is accurate and aligned with our internal standards.

Day to day, you will find yourself:

• Reviewing reports for accuracy, completeness and compliance with the ATO.

• Cross-checking the report with property information such as photos, inspection notes, client details and invoices to identify errors  

• Recording and logging issues

• Recommending ways to improve ongoing report accuracy

• Providing feedback and working closely with our Tax teams to resolve report errors and improve report quality

About the Successful Candidate

You might be from an admin, accounting, or data entry background. Your attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to follow processes shines through.

You’re someone who:

• Enjoys working with data, numbers, checklists and structured systems

• Has experience using client management databases

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills

• Is confident using Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems

• Is self-motivated, efficient, and team-oriented

• Takes pride in getting things right — every time
