We are a growing artisan bakery looking for reliable and motivated Bakery Production Woker to join our central production team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a variety of bakery products, including breads and pastries.
• Weigh and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Shape, proof, bake, and package products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
• Follow food safety and quality control procedures.
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work early morning, weekend, or rotating shifts when required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
