Training Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Training & Development Manager, we are looking for an organised and people-focused Training Coordinator to support the delivery of training programs across our Facilities Management team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordination, administration, and helping others succeed.

About the Role

You'll coordinate training schedules, prepare learning materials, maintain training records, and support employees through onboarding and training activities. Working closely with the Training & Development Manager, you'll help ensure a positive learning experience for our team.

Key Responsibilities

·         Coordinate training sessions and onboarding programs.

·         Prepare and distribute training materials.

·         Maintain training records and attendance data.

·         Support new starters during their induction period.

·         Manage training calendars and communications.

·         Assist with workshops, feedback collection, and training administration.

About You

·         Experience in administration, coordination, HR, training, or a similar support role.

·         Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·         Experience with LMS platforms or training coordination is advantageous.
