About the Role: 

BlueFit is seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Salisbury Aquatic Centre. Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Operations Manager will supervise the indoor aquatic facilities, ensuring high-quality water standards, venue presentation, and maintenance. Additionally, the role focuses on delivering safe and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications (or willing to obtain) 

• Aquatic Technical Operations Certificate (or willing to obtain) 

• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate 

• Current Working with Children Check

• Current Accreditation in First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)

About the Person 

The successful candidate will have prior experience in managing aquatic and facilities, including plant room operations, health and safety, lifeguard supervision, safe chemical handling, and people management. Proven experience in leading a team is essential for this role.
