Operations Manager- Injection Molding

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Household & Industrial operations across our Braeside and Baroda manufacturing sites, with full accountability for safety, people, operational performance and continuous improvement.

Reporting To The General Manager, You Will

Lead safety, operational performance and site culture across two manufacturing facilities. Drive plant reliability, productivity, quality, cost and delivery performance. Lead and develop a team of operational leaders and manufacturing teams. Deliver operational and commercial outcomes through strong leadership and disciplined execution. Champion Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives. Optimise production planning, inventory, labour utilisation and asset performance. Lead capital projects, transformation initiatives and business improvement programs.Partner closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Technical teams to achieve business objectives.

About You

We're looking for a proven manufacturing leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership.

You'll Bring

Senior manufacturing or operations leadership experience within industrial, plastics, injection moulding or heavy manufacturing environments. Experience leading multi-site operations with accountability for performance, people and commercial outcomes.Strong knowledge of injection moulding operations, asset reliability and manufacturing best practice. Demonstrated success driving safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement programs. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing cost, inventory, productivity and operational performance. A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build high-performing teams and lead change.
