An exciting new café and panini bar has opened in the heart of Sydney CBD, centrally located with easy access to public transport. We’re building our kitchen team from the ground up and looking for the right person to help us hit the ground running.

About the role:

Full-time position including weekend availability. Fast-paced, high-volume café environment.

What we’re looking for:

•         Experience in a professional kitchen (café or similar)

•         Strong meat preparation and butchery knowledge

•         Excellent knife skills

• A true all-rounder who can hold their own across all kitchen sections

•         Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service.

This role is NOT for you if:

You have limited hands-on kitchen experience or are still developing your foundational knife and prep skills.
