Our Edmondson Park Centre is a brand new purpose built, world class Childcare centre for 140 Children with large indoor and outdoor learning environments.  

We have an amazing community at Edmondson Park. including a team of supportive management team and owners, dedicate, passionate and strong educators and friendly families and children.

Ignite Early Learning Centres are an established, family-owned business who have been operating since 2012. We have over 25 years’ experience within the childcare industry, with 4 of our centres located in Sydney, boasting strong occupancy and a positive work environment.

The Role. Our Centre Leader role is the most important role in our business. It is a people based role and ultimately brings every aspect of managing a high performing service including operations, compliance, education and people.

Key Responsibility Areas

· Manage all facets of the service including occupancy, compliance, education and people (day to day running of service)

· Be the Nominated Supervisor (NS) of the service

· Lead and develop a core group of educators

· Mange the family and child experience above standard an exceeding parents expectations

· Manage and responsible for all compliance, regularly and health and safety matters

Min Requirement

• Completed your bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and/or Diploma certificate in Early Childhood (Recognised by ACECQA)

• A thorough working knowledge of Childrens services regulation, The Early Years Learning Framework and The National Quality Framework

• The ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and colleagues

• Strong written and clearly spoken communication skills

• 5 year’s leadership experience running a childcare service
