Marketing Specialist

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities in new and existing markets across Sydney, Queensland and other Australian states.

• Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and industry insights to shape strategy and inform decisions.

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives, product positioning and regional rollout priorities.

  Market Research, Analysis & Business Growth  

• Research and assess potential demand for Alumicorp’s aluminium, fabrication and finishing services in new and existing interstate markets, including Brisbane and broader Queensland initially, by analysing market size, customer segments, purchasing behaviour and industry trends.

• Collect, interpret and analyse quantitative and qualitative data, including sales data, customer enquiries, competitor activity, industry reports and statistical information, to identify market characteristics and growth opportunities.

• Commission and undertake formal and informal market research activities, including surveys, stakeholder interviews, benchmarking studies and external research reports, to evaluate demand for new and existing goods and services.

• Translate market research findings into actionable insights that support business growth, product positioning, pricing strategies and regional market entry decisions.

• Support the development, implementation and review of marketing objectives, policies and programs that align with Alumicorp’s strategic expansion plans and overall business goals.

• Prepare detailed reports, forecasts and recommendations for senior management to inform decision-making related to interstate expansion, service diversification and marketing investment.

  Campaign Development & Execution 

• Plan, develop and coordinate multi-channel advertising and promotional campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events).

• Advise on pricing and promotional strategies to support product and service uptake in target segments.

• Coordinate execution of campaigns, including creative briefs, media placement, timelines and budgets.

  Brand Management 

• Support development and maintenance of the Alumicorp brand, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.

• Contribute to collateral creation including brochures, case studies, presentations, social content, and web assets.

  Digital & Content Marketing  

• Implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email campaigns and social media to increase online visibility and lead generation (if applicable).

• Monitor, measure, and optimise digital performance; report metrics and insights to leadership.

  Market Engagement & Partnerships 

• Support partnership development with key industry stakeholders, suppliers and trade organisations.

• Represent Alumicorp at trade shows, industry events and community engagements to build brand presence regionally.

  Reporting & Continuous Improvement 

• Prepare analytical reports on marketing activities, consumer insights, and campaign performance.

• Identify opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness through data, feedback and innovation.

Qualification & experience

• Must possess a Bachelor degree or higher OR at least 5 years of work experience if without formal qualification
• At least 12 months of relevant work experience
