About the role
No To Violence (NTV) is Australia’s peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training, sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Men’s Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation, women and children are at the centre of what we do - by ending men’s use of family violence, families, individuals, and communities are safer.

As Head of State & Sector Development, you'll strengthen NTV's connections across Australia by building relationships with members, partners and governments, leading sector engagement initiatives and helping shape practice across the specialist men's family violence sector. You'll oversee membership, Communities of Practice, the National Conference and strategic partnerships, ensuring the voices and experiences of the sector help inform our advocacy, learning and organisational priorities. The role is based in Melbourne or Sydney with flexible working arrangements and occasional interstate travel.
