Head Chef

Seeking Head Chef for Northern Suburbs.

Join a hotel with an excellent reputation for food, fun and family. Extremely busy trade with an experienced and supportive team.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate;

• Experience in a la carte (experience in functions is a bonus)

• Strong leadership and ability to communicate effectively during service with kitchen and service teams

• Proven ability to train and develop others, ensuring there is a clear path for progression

• Experience working with different systems, for rostering, purchasing and stock takes (training also provided)

• Commitment to hygiene, food safety and work health & safety

• Ability to work to a budget and control wage and food expenses in line with trade and business expectations

• Must be available to work across a 7-day roster
