Assistant in Nursing - no experience required

St Mary’s is a residential care facility, consisting of seven wings, accommodating both male and female residents - frail aged and mobile confused. This position contributes to the quality of life of St Mary’s Residents by assisting in the provision of holistic Resident centered care under the supervision of qualified staff. St Mary's currently has all shifts available for Nursing Assistants to join our wonderful team. No experience needed.

We are looking for positive individuals who have a willingness to learn new skills. We will provide paid buddy shifts and then a set roster of a minimum of 3 shifts per week moving forward. 

Shift times available are per below:

AM 6.00-14.30

PM 14.30-23.00

Night 23.00-06.00/08.00

St Mary's has an exceptional reputation for care and provides excellent training to ensure staff are well placed to meet the needs of our Residents. Duties include care for Residents in an organised manner to ensure that the highest priority needs of the Resident are attended first and demonstrates continuity of care delivery. Teamwork is such an important part of working at St Mary's, everyday staff do their best to support each other in achieving high quality care for every Resident.

What we are looking for:

• Willingness to learn how to provide services and activities centered around resident needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, social activities
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
• Ability to follow directives as per care plan
