As demand for our products continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and reliable Process Operator to join our manufacturing team in Rowville. About The Role
As a Process Operator, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operation, helping transform premium ingredients into products trusted by thousands of Australians every day.
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll ensure our production processes run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role, offering plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute and grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Operating manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficientlyMonitoring production processes to ensure quality and performance targets are achievedConducting routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checksMaintaining production supplies and materials to keep operations running smoothlyMeeting daily production schedules and deadlinesIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and efficiencyWorking closely with team members across production and quality teamsMaintaining a clean, safe and compliant work environmentFollowing all health, safety and quality procedures
What You'll Bring

Ideally, You'll Have
Previous experience in a manufacturing, process operation or packaging environment (2+ years preferred)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityA positive attitude and willingness to learnGood communication and teamwork skillsBasic mathematical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working with ERP systems (advantageous)A Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential)
