Skin Therapist / Dermal Therapist – 4-Day Week | $42/hr OTE

• Great Earnings: $33–$37/hr base + weekly commissions & daily incentives (earn $39–$42/hr OTE).

• Perform laser hair removal treatments using our Cynosure Elite+ system while gradually building your skin client base through results-driven consultations.

• Conduct thorough skin consultations and create tailored treatment plans as your skin clientele grows.

• Deliver advanced clinical treatments (training provided where needed), including:

  • HydraFacial

  • Dermapen 4 Needling

  • Healite LED

  • Epidermal Levelling

  • Skin Peels (Lira Clinical, etc.)

  • RF Needling

  • BBL (Broadband Light Therapy)

• Recommend homecare and treatment pathways that support long-term results.

• Drive success through confident consultations, rebookings and retail recommendations—achieving KPIs through education and genuine service.

• Diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist or Dermal Clinician with a passion for skin health and results.

• Confident in conducting in-depth consultations and recommending personalised treatment plans & homecare.

• Comfortable guiding clients to the best solution - not just what’s easy to sell.

• KPI-driven and proud to track rebookings, upgrades and retail results.

• Experienced in skin and/or laser treatments

• A team player who values education, growth and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications:

• For Skin & Laser Therapists: Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.

• For Dermal Therapists: Bachelor of Dermal Sciences or Graduate Diploma in Dermal Science (or currently studying).

• Location: Mount Eliza.

• Employment: Full-time (4 days) or part-time

• Pay: $34–$37/hr base + weekly commissions & daily incentives (earn $39–$42/hr OTE).
  Additional hours available if you’d like to boost your income.

• Start: ASAP – smooth onboarding and ongoing support provided.
