Key Requirements8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with 4–6 end-to-end Employee Central implementations.SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (Mandatory).Hands-on experience in Employee Central, EC Time Off, Position Management, RBP, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows.4+ years of AMS/Production Support or Service Delivery experience.Experience with Integration Center, Story Reports, EC Payroll, and SAP HCM integrations.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.Lead end-to-end AMS delivery and production support.Design and implement HR business processes.Manage incidents, changes, and service improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders and support SuccessFactors bi-annual releases.
