About The Role

Lead the day-to-day content direction of KIIS Sydney BreakfastCreate content that gets Sydney talking and delivers genuine audience impactWork alongside top talent to develop engaging, entertaining and conversation starting radioDrive ratings growth through smart strategy, creativity and flawless executionIdentify and react quickly to stories, trends and cultural momentsDevelop show features, interviews, stunts and original content ideas people talk about!Lead, coach and inspire a team of producers to deliver their best work every dayPartner with Digital, Podcast, Social, Marketing, Promotions and Commercial teams to maximise reach and connection of content Help shape the future of one of Australia's most recognised media brands

About You

You live and breathe content and have a natural instinct for what audiences care aboutYou're full of ideas and know how to turn a good concept into a great on-air momentYou've successfully led high-performing content teams and know how to bring out the best in peopleYou thrive in fast-paced environments where every day is differentYou're equal parts strategist, creative thinker and executorYou have outstanding communication skills and can build strong relationships across talent, leadership and support teamsYou understand how great radio, digital, podcast and social content work togetherYou're constantly consuming pop culture, entertainment, news, sport and online trendsYou have experience producing major market breakfast content and delivering audience growthYou can stay calm under pressure and make smart decisions when the clock is ticking
