About the Role

SSP Australia is on the lookout for experienced Bartenders to join our Front of House team at The Rocks Precinct, Sydney Airport T2. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new dining and drinks destination, bringing together some of Sydney’s much-loved hospitality brands in a vibrant airport setting.

We are primarily seeking Permanent Part-Time and Full-Time Bartenders, with Casual opportunities also available.

You’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team and work alongside a skilled and energetic hospitality team to deliver exceptional drinks, service and guest experiences. We’re looking for passionate bartenders who take pride in their craft and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers.

About You

• Previous bartending or bar/restaurant experience

• Current RSA certificate – essential

• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar service

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a positive, energetic and can-do attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• High standards of cleanliness, presentation and responsible service
