About the role
Join our friendly and supportive team in a flexible part-time role.

EFS is a well-established chartered accountancy and financial services firm based in Greenwich. Operating from our newly refurbished modern offices, we provide accounting, taxation, advisory and financial planning services to a diverse client base.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
· Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries
· Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring client enquiries are responded to or directed to the appropriate team member
· Greeting clients and visitors and providing a warm and welcoming first point of contact
· Maintaining and updating client information across internal systems
· Assisting with client onboarding and administrative compliance requirements
· Preparing client proposals and engagement documentation
· Following up outstanding client information and documentation
· Managing client setup and offboarding across internal systems, ASIC and ATO records
· Managing accounts receivable and debtors, including monitoring outstanding accounts, following up overdue payments and responding to client billing and statement queries
· Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including arranging couriers
· Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for client meetings
· Facilities management
· Ordering office, stationery and kitchen supplies
· Liaising with suppliers and service providers as required
· Supporting the partners and accounting team with general administrative tasks
· Keeping reception, meeting rooms and shared office areas organised and presentable
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Strong computer skills and confidence learning and working across different systems
· Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
· Previous administration or client service experience within an accounting practice
· The ability to manage competing priorities and follow tasks through to completion
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Australian permanent residency or citizenship
