Job Description

In this full time role, based in Epworth Freemasons (East Melbourne), you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, effective and timely replenishment of all store rooms across the hospital. This position maintains local supply stores with stock, including the review of Imprest levels for optimal SOH and supports the daily Supply and Logistics functions. You will be part of the Supply team and report to the Supply Team Leader.

You will make an impact by:

• Striving to consistently improve service delivery
• Utilising a reflective, critical thinking and evidence based approach to deliver best practice in stock movement
• Providing excellent, helpful service to patients and staff
• Communicating and leading delivery of internal controls, policies and operational procedures
• Actively participate in quality improvement activities within the department

You will be a team player, collaborative, supportive and engaging to build rapport with team members and stakeholders

You will have:

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment 
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time management
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Able to work with cross-functional teams, liaise with stakeholders
• Computer skills, ERP/MRP/TechOne/Microsoft Office/Excel/Power BI 
• Valid Victorian Driver’s licence
• Valid Forklift licence
