Client Executive

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sydney office. 

What the day will look like 

• Support a portfolio of commercial clients by providing outstanding customer service 

• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, quotations, and insurance documentation 

• Partner with Brokers and Client Managers to deliver tailored client solutions 

• Liaise with insurers and internal stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes 

• Respond to client enquiries and help resolve insurance-related matters 

• Prepare reports, presentations, and client correspondence 

• Maintain accurate client records and support compliance requirements 

• Develop a strong understanding of insurance products, markets, and client industries 

• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal colleagues 

• Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities

• Experience in administration, customer service, financial services, hospitality, retail, or a similar client-focused environment is advantageous 

• No insurance experience required, just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
