About the roleWe’re looking for a committed senior who can live and breathe our vision, values and culture. As an essential member of the DARKHORSE AU team, the Senior Experiential Producer will play a vital role in bringing a wide variety of creative projects to life across various brands and clients. You will be a driver of excellence across production, creative development and client leadership.
What we'll need from youLead medium to large-scale experiential projects end-to-end, setting the benchmark for creative, production and operational delivery.Champion the creative process - ensuring every idea, design and build is executed to the DARKHORSE standard.Foster best-in-class client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor from concept through to execution.Mentor and lead internal teams, while managing suppliers and partners to bring world-class projects to life.Maintain exceptional financial ownership across all projects - from scoping and forecasting to reconciliation.Deliver complete project management, from creative and concept development through to onsite execution and post-event wrapThis is a senior, autonomous role for someone who thrives in a creatively ambitious, detail-driven environment and loves delivering experiences that make brands impossible to ignore.Positive and sociable energy – you are a people person who works hard, plays hard, and has a lot of fun along the way.
About you:Minimum six (6) years’ experience in experiential, events or integrated creative agencies5+ years in a Producer or Senior Producer capacity delivering complex builds, events and installationsExtensive experience in client relations and managementProven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reportsA sharp creative eye and ability to translate creative concepts into production-ready solutionsDeep knowledge of event production, logistics and supplier managementOutstanding client management skills - from day-to-day relationships to C-suite level presentationsStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and reconciliationA solutions-focused mindset, able to navigate challenges with clarity, calmness and pragmatismHigh attention to detail, exceptional organisation, and the ability to run multiple projects at pace
