ACCIONA Infrastructure delivers major transport, water and social infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. Our Origination team drives the pursuit of new work, shaping bids for landmark projects from early market engagement through to contract award. You'll help build the pipeline that keeps our business at the forefront of the industry.

About Opportunity
As Senior Estimator, you'll lead the development of accurate, competitive cost estimates for major infrastructure tenders, reporting to the Senior Manager, Estimating. You'll take ownership of estimates from concept through to submission, working closely with engineering, design, commercial and delivery teams. You'll also mentor junior estimators and help shape the methodology and tools that underpin our bids.

Key accountabilities for the position will be:Develop cost estimates for major infrastructure tendersLead quantity take-offs and cost forecastingCoordinate input across engineering, design and commercial teamsReview subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracyIdentify and price project risk and opportunityMentor junior estimators and support their developmentPresent estimates and cost strategies to senior leadershipWhat capability & experience will you need to have:Degree in engineering, construction or quantity surveyingProven experience estimating on major infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of civil, structural or MEP scopesSkilled in estimating software and cost planning toolsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
