• SCHADS Level 3 (AUD80,808.32 to AUD86,655.90 per annum) + Super + Salary Packaging

About the Role

• We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to work along-side our highly skilled, friendly and energetic People, Culture and Performance team.
• Drive recruitment and selection process, onboarding, and offboarding activities, ensuring a positive and compliant experience for all stakeholders.
• Partner with leaders and staff across the recruitment process and employee lifecycle, providing HR advice, guidance, and support in line with best practice.
• Maintain accurate and compliant HR data, systems, and reporting to support informed decision-making across the organisation.
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and change initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness in relation to recruitment systems.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and advising on Australian employment legislation, award interpretation, and enterprise agreements, including exposure to the SCHADS and VECTEA awards.
• Extensive experience using HRIS platforms (ConnX and Humanforce experience highly desirable).
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive-level appointments, with sound judgement in stakeholder engagement and candidate assessment.

Skills and Experience Required

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR or People and Culture role
• Must have demonstrated knowledge of the SCHADS and VECTEA Awards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
• Experience in the community services, education, or ECEC sector highly regarded
