Join our Founding Team at Fast and Curious ELC Kanahooka

Fast and Curious ELC Kanahooka is a brand-new, 66-place early learning service in Kanahooka, preparing to welcome our first children and families soon.

We’re now building our founding team across a range of roles and are looking for people who want to be part of something from the very beginning — people who will help shape the centre, its culture and the experience we create for children and families from day one.

We're looking for the educators and leaders who bring experience, ideas, curiosity and a genuine commitment to children — people who want to be part of a team that is supportive, ambitious and proud of the work they do.

• Educational Leader

• Early Childhood Teachers (ECT)

• Room Leaders

• Diploma Qualified Educators

• Certificate III Qualified Educators

Full-time opportunities are available across our team, with positions suited to a range of experience and career levels.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for people who bring more than just the right qualification. While each role has different responsibilities, we're looking for people who share some important qualities:


• Experienced in early childhood education and genuinely enjoy working with children

• Warm, professional and confident in building relationships with children and families

• A team player who communicates openly and respectfully

• Reliable, organised and willing to take initiative

• Curious, reflective and open to learning

• Committed to providing high-quality, child-centred education and care

• Committed to creating an environment where children are safe, heard, respected and empowered

• Understand that child safety is everyone’s responsibility and are confident speaking up when something doesn’t feel right

• Inclusive and respectful of every child’s individual strengths, needs and identity

• Take pride in their work and want to contribute to a positive team culture

Relevant qualifications and experience will apply depending on the position.


You’ll also need:

• An ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care relevant to the position (Graduate Diplomas are not suitable)

• Current NSW Working With Children Check

• Current HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting, including current CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement

• Full working rights in Australia

• Availability Monday to Friday across our operating hours, on a rotating roster

• For ECT positions, current NESA accreditation or eligibility to obtain it/
