The Role:
To help in our mission to continue being the best in what we do, Storage King is currently seeking a Relief Storage Consultant in a full time role to join our teams across the Gold Coast & Tweed Coast.

Relief Storage Consultants are key to supporting the day-to-day management of the store and work hand in hand with the management team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.

Our Relief Storage Consultants are involved with several aspects of our operation, including customer sales, service, administrative support and facility maintenance. There are opportunities for professional growth across each of these areas. 

This role will involve a roster across a variety of locations in a given region to assist the team in covering gaps in rosters. This role requires a very adaptable person who enjoys a changing environment and is happy to travel.

Working hours:
Full time - 38 hours per week across 5 days.

Flexibility is required, as shifts may be scheduled on any day between Monday and Saturday.

No late nights or public holidays.

Primary locations:
Kingscliff, Tweed heads, Currumbin, Robina, Miami, Southport, Ashmore, Coomera, Helensvale and Hope Island.

What you will need:

• Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role training is provided.
• Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction
• Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks
• Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic
• Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks
• Goal orientated and results driven
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Physically fit
• Australian drivers license and vehicle
