Support Worker

As our services grow, we’re looking for passionate Support Workers to provide outstanding paediatric support to children in the comfort of their homes!

Our ideal candidates are available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week and happy to support multiple clients. 

Locations north and South of the river

Duncraig, Wanneroo, Eglington, Butler, Success, Wandi

Shifts:

• Shift days - Monday - Friday
• Shift times between 6:00am – 7pm
• Overnight awake shifts 8pm - 6am
• Shift lengths range from 4 to 10 hours

About the role

• Deliver clinical care including (but not limited to) PEG/NG feeding, suctioning, catheter care, stoma care
• Provide personalised support to children and young people with disabilities and complex needs
• Create safe, joyful environments through age-appropriate activities
• Build trusting relationships and support emotional wellbeing

About you 

• Recent clinical experience with complex care needs
• Experience working with children, young people or relevant lived experience
• Full unrestricted Australian driver's licence or ability to obtain
• Strong understanding of professional boundaries
• Meet compliance and training requirements
• Right to work in Australia

• Face to Face Interviews: Successful candidates must be available for a face-to-face interview between the 31st August 2026 - 11th September 2026 at our Osborne Park office. (This is for candidates who are successful after completing the phone interview)
• Compliance & Training: Must be completed no later than the 17th September 2026 to attend the induction
• Induction: Successful candidates must be available for a full-day induction on 24th September 2026 with shifts commencing as early as the 28th September 2026
