About the opportunity

As our Pump Technician, you’ll be responsible for stripping, assessing and rebuilding our range of submersible pumps. We’re looking for a mechanically minded technician with a willingness to learn, a positive attitude and a great work ethic.

There is the potential for significant career growth within this position for the right candidate with clear and exciting pathways for advancement.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues and proposing effective solutions

• Delivering pump solutions to a diverse range of clients

• Hands-on disassembling, repairing and reassembling pumps to ensure they are in optimal working condition

• Documenting maintenance activities and creating reports for future reference 

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• A mechanical trade qualification 

• Demonstrated experience in mechanical engineering

• A valid South Australia driver licence (or be willing to obtain one)

• Have current Australian working rights

It’s not a deal breaker, but we’d also love to see some of the following:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience working with pumps (or the adaptability and willingness to learn)

• A commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organised workplace

• A Forklift Ticket

• Restricted electrical licence or electrical trade qualification
