Brand & Packaging Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a mid–senior Brand & Packaging Designer to lead packaging design across our product range — from concept through to production.

You’ll create packaging that is consistent, considered, and on-brand, working closely with design, product, and marketing teams to bring products to life.

What You’ll Do

• Design packaging across multiple product ranges (dielines, mock-ups, final artwork)

• Translate brand direction into strong, scalable packaging systems

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on new ranges and campaigns

• Maintain packaging guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all formats

• Stay across packaging trends, materials, and retail innovation

What You’ll Bring

• 5–8+ years’ design experience, ideally packaging / FMCG / product focused

• Strong print production and packaging knowledge

• Excellent typography, layout, and brand design skills

• Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

• Experience taking work from concept through to production

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail, homewares, lifestyle, or fashion

• Knowledge of sustainable packaging

• Basic 3D/mock-up skills (CAD or Figma a bonus)
