Agricultural Sales Associate – Rural Australia

OTE: $60,000 – $75,000 (Based on experience)
Location: Sunshine Coast QLD

Land Watch Australia is the leading provider of solar-powered security camera systems for rural Australia. Our systems are already trusted by some of the largest cattle stations, cropping operations, and agricultural businesses in the country.

We’re growing quickly and are looking for someone early in their sales career who is passionate about agriculture and wants to build a long-term career in the ag industry.

This is not a call-centre role and not a corporate grad program.
It’s an opportunity to learn how real agricultural sales is done.

Why this role exists

Our senior sales consultants are busy closing deals across rural Australia. This role exists to:

• Support that team

• Learn the sales process from the ground up

• Gradually take ownership of your own clients and territory

You’ll be trained, supported, and challenged — with a clear pathway into a senior sales role.

This role is for you if:

• You genuinely care about agriculture and rural Australia

• You’ve worked on, around, or with farms, stations, or ag businesses
  (family background, previous roles, study, or hands-on experience)

• You want to build a long-term career in agricultural sales

• You’re coachable, curious, and not afraid to pick up the phone

You don’t need years of sales experience — but you do need the right attitude.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and qualifying inbound enquiries and CRM updates

• Supporting senior sales consultants with client follow-up and preparation

• Participating in calls, presentations, and training sessions

• Learning how to run discovery conversations with farmers and rural clients

• Attending field days and industry events across the country

• Gradually taking ownership of smaller deals and accounts as skills develop

Over time, this role transitions into a full sales position.
