We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Weighbridge Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of Waste Depot which is located in Minnamurra.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll act as a vital link between customers, drivers, site operations and administration teams, helping to ensure accurate record-keeping, efficient transaction processing and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities as Administration Assistant…
As Administrative Assistant at our Waste Depot, you’ll accurately operate the weighbridge system to record vehicle weights, communicate effectively with customers to ensure that materials being dropped off are permissible, and provide administrative support to Council’s Waste Services. This role involves the delivery of prompt and responsive customer service to the public, other authorities, and internal stakeholders, while promoting the image of Councils Waste Services as an efficient, courteous, professional, and innovative service.
