As part of our recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend our Casual Educator Assessment Centre in Ipswich on 11 September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about Affinity Education, meet our team, and explore casual opportunities across our Centres.

Work across multiple Affinity Centres throughout Ipswich and gain valuable experience in a variety of early learning environments.

This is your opportunity to:

What You'll Bring

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous experience working in a Long Day Care setting
• Willingness to travel between centres across Ipswich
• Flexibility to accept shifts, including occasional short-notice opportunities
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain one
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for early childhood education
