We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Optical Dispenser to join our passionate and growing team.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and has a passion for styling, eyewear, and helping people look and feel their best.

You will be responsible for:

• Luxury frame styling and personalised eyewear consultations
• Optical dispensing, measurements, and lens recommendations
• Delivering exceptional end-to-end customer service
• Adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Supporting the optometrists and wider team
• Maintaining high presentation and merchandising standards

About You

You are:

• An experienced Optical Dispenser (2+ years preferred)
• Passionate about customer service, fashion, health, and eyewear
• Confident with dispensing, styling, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Warm, polished, and professional in your communication
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and take pride in your work
• Comfortable working Saturdays as part of your roster
