About the role

Peninsula Law is seeking a Junior Office Assistant to join our team in Woy Woy, NSW on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Reception relief including greeting clients, answering telephone enquiries and directing visitors appropriately

• Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning

• Providing support to various departments as required

• Contributing to a professional and organised office environment

What we're looking for

• A professional and friendly approach to client and staff interactions

• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• No experienced required

• Willingness to learn and develop in a down to earth and supportive team environment

• Driver Licence and motor vehicle preferred
