About the role

We are seeking a Senior SASE Analyst to provide senior business analysis and stakeholder engagement capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage a wide range of stakeholders, and plan and run stakeholder workshops and interviews.

• Map current state processes, user journeys, technical flows, pain points and constraints.

• Define functional and non-functional requirements; produce user journeys, process maps, use cases, user stories and requirements catalogues; coordinate data gathering.

• Summarise technical and operational findings for executive and non-technical stakeholders.

• Prepare procurement documentation.

About you

We are looking for a Canberra-based, high performing Business System Analyst who brings professionalism, insight, and commitment, and is seeking employment in a positive, inclusive and supportive team.

The following criteria are essential for you to be considered for this role:

• 3 or more years experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst on complex ICT, security, infrastructure or digital transformation initiatives.

• Working knowledge of secure access, networking, identity, cloud services, cyber security and operational support.

• Demonstrated experience across requirements management, business process mapping, gap analysis, requirements elicitation, process mapping, and in developing procurement documentation.

• Demonstrated outstanding stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.

• Current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (or higher) and Australian work rights.

• Canberra-based.

The following skills and experience are highly desirable:

• A Bachelor’s degree, completed or in progress.

• Demonstrated experience in large scale digital transformation programs.

• Demonstrated experience in ICT applications development projects

• Demonstrated experience with data strategy, management and analysis

• Relevant industry certifications and/or memberships relevant to business analysis (i.e. IIBA CBAP or equivalent certifications).
