About The Role
cohealth delivers integrated primary health, mental health, allied health and dental services to young people at the Parkville Youth Justice Precinct. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Enrolled Nurse will provide assessment and monitoring of individuals to ensure safety at all stages of the client journey and are required onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Successful candidates will need to work a rotating roster across day, afternoon and night shifts.

Your Duties Include
Support a philosophy of care that is patient-focused, where care is integrated from reception to post-releaseAssess and observe the immediate health needs and provide nursing as required and on-site careAssess and support clients in the activities of daily living on-siteEnsure all reporting, clinical documentation, data management and other administrative duties are completed accurately

Our Ideal Candidate
Enrolled Nurse registered with AHPRA, and qualifications endorsed by Nursing & Midwifery Board of AustraliaHold an NMBA approved qualification in the administration of medications1-5 oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenousHighly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong belief and personal alignment in cohealth Values and Mission
