About your new role

• Develop and implement an engaging, play-based kindergarten program

• Observe, document and assess children's learning and development

• Implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.

• Support and mentor educators within the Kindergarten Rooms through your leadership and knowledge

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

A little about you

• Bachelors in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA

• Experience in an early childhood setting

• Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF
