Experienced flooring applicator / subcontractor crews wanted

Concretis PCV is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced flooring applicators and subcontractor teams to join us on a range of commercial and industrial flooring projects across Northern NSW, Brisbane, and North Queensland.

We’re seeking people with proven experience in:

• Floor preparation (grinding, scarifying, crack repairs)

• Joint sealing and concrete joint repairs (not essential)

• Floor levelling and self-levelling systems

• Epoxy flooring application

• Polyurethane flooring systems

• Mechanical polished concrete

• Grind and seal and concrete finishing systems

Full-time opportunities

We’re looking for experienced flooring applicators who take pride in their work, understand commercial site requirements, and can work safely and efficiently as part of a professional team.

Subcontractor teams welcome

We’re also interested in speaking with established subcontractors who have their own crews and equipment and are looking for consistent work with a reputable flooring contractor. If you have a reliable team and experience delivering high-quality flooring projects, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for people who have

• Experience in commercial flooring systems

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• White Card (essential)

• Driver’s licence (preferred)

• Own tools and equipment (for subcontractors)

Our projects are located from Northern NSW through Brisbane and throughout North Queensland, so some travel may be required.
