Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team based in Rhodes, Sydney. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, as a Customer Service & Sales Representative you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, taking ownership of customer enquiries while supporting sales activities and continuous process improvements.

• Deliver profitable sales outcomes by providing timely, solution-focused customer service and technical support tailored to customer needs.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, live chat, and email, offering product information, application guidance, and technical advice.
• Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and proactively refer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering an outstanding service experience at every touchpoint.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes and operational efficiency.
