Site Supervisor - Communications

We're looking for a hands-on Technical Installation Supervisor to help deliver world-class Operating Theatres across Australia and New Zealand. If you enjoy working with technology, solving problems on-site, and travelling, this could be the role for you.

Based in Sydney, you’ll travel Monday to Friday (no weekends), working on-site across ANZ with a supportive, experienced team.

Your days will be hands-on, varied and fast-paced. You'll:

Lead and support installation teams onsite across Australia and New ZealandTroubleshoot issues in the field and find practical solutions to keep projects movingCoordinate contractors, builders and hospital stakeholders throughout the installationComplete quality checks, testing and final commissioning activities

Who you are:

This role is for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident in leading onsite work.

Experience working in technical, hands-on environments (e.g., electrical, AV, or mechanical installation)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProven ability to work independently on-site and manage trades and timelinesExcellent communication skills — able to interact with builders, hospital staff, and internal stakeholdersConfident managing installations solo, but also a team player who thrives with supportNo healthcare experience required. If you've worked in AV, electrical, communications, mechanical installation or a similar technical environment, we'd love to hear from you.
