Multi Site Hospitality General Manager

About the Role 

Opportunity for an experienced and driven Multi-Site General Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and growth of multiple hospitality venues. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, team development, compliance, and exceptional customer experiences across all sites. 

The successful candidate will be a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational requirements, is passionate about hospitality, and building high-performing teams and venue environments. 

About You 

You are a self-motivated and proven hospitality leader with experience managing complex operations and multiple teams. 

Essential Skills & Experience 

• Senior hospitality management experience 

• Experience overseeing multiple venues, departments, or large-scale operations 

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labour management, and P&L accountability 

• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience 

• Exceptional organisational skills and a calm, confident approach to problem-solving 

• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, liquor licensing, and hospitality compliance requirements 

• Ability to work collaboratively with owners, managers, suppliers, and staff 

Desirable 

• Restaurant, hospitality group, pub, bar, or brewery management experience

• Experience managing large and diverse teams

• Event management

• Venue development experience
