Andaz Gold Coast is looking for bright, curious hospitality people to join our Food & Beverage team across a range of full-time, part-time and casual opportunities.

You’ll help create memorable dining experiences across our venues, welcoming guests with confidence, reading the room and bringing genuine personality to every interaction.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your role, you may:

Welcome and seat guestsTake food and beverage ordersDeliver attentive, knowledgeable serviceMaintain strong menu and product knowledgeSupport smooth service across the floorRespond to guest requests with care and initiativeKeep dining spaces polished, organised and guest-readyWork closely with culinary, bar and wider hotel teamsFollow responsible service, hygiene and safety standards

Qualifications

About you

You are warm, composed and comfortable in a lively hospitality environment. You enjoy connecting with people and understand that great service is found in the details.

You’ll ideally bring:

Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel or premium hospitality venueA genuine interest in food, wine and guest experienceStrong communication and teamwork skillsA polished, natural service styleAvailability across weekends, evenings and public holidaysA current Queensland RSA certificate for applicable rolesFull Australian working rights
