ADH Golf & Utility Vehicles is the exclusive West Australian, South Australian and Northern Territory Distributor of Club Car and EMC Golf and Utility Vehicles.  Our company has been based at our Wangara head office for over 33 years, and in that time we have grown to be one of the Australia’s largest suppliers of golf cars and electric, diesel and petrol commercial utility vehicles.

The Role

ADH Golf & Utility Vehicles is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead and oversee our Service Department operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven ability to manage teams and workshop activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee all workshop and on-site service jobs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing service clients.

• Lead, direct, and manage Service Technicians and Support Staff.

• Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment within the Service Department.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the service division.

• Ensure full compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements and processes.

• With the assistance of our Customer Service Officer, maintain accurate service records and client vehicle histories.

About You

• Proven experience in a Service Manager or similar leadership role.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

• Sound understanding of workshop operations, service scheduling, and warranty processes.

• Ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency.

• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
